Pre-Listing/Seller’s Inspection

If you’re planning to sell your current RV, it’s a wise idea to get it inspected first. With our Seller’s Inspection service, you’ll learn what areas of your RV need to be repaired or replaced. This will enable you to talk about the RV in a much more informed way, which will put your buyer at ease.

Re-Inspections

Before you finalize your purchase, be sure to get our Re-Inspection service. We will verify that the items listed on your repair addendum were properly addressed. We’ll also make sure nothing else has happened to the RV in the interim.

Finance, Insurance, and Warranty Inspections

We provide specialty inspections for your financial, insurance, and warranty needs. Whatever specific areas of the RV are requested will be inspected during this service.

Fluid Analysis

With a Fluid Analysis, you’ll find out if the lifeblood of your RV is in good shape. We’ll take a sample of the fluids and send it to a third-party laboratory for analysis. Fluids we check:

  • Engine oil
  • Transmission oil
  • Generator oil
  • Coolant for motorhome
  • Coolant for generator

They’ll let us know if your fluid is in good shape, okay shape, or poor shape.

Industry Tools

RV inspections rely on two things: the detail-oriented eye and special industry tools. That’s why Wes uses the following:

Volt/Ohm Meter

With this tool we’re able to check the functionality of the RV’s batteries, converter and inverter if present.

Manometer

Used to check for evidence of leaks in the RV’s propane system.

GFCI/Polarity Tester

Confirms electrical outlets are properly wired and GFCI outlets are working properly.

Fluid Analysis Equipment

Used to collect fluids for an in-depth analysis by a third party laboratory.
